At MAUNET CHANDELIERS, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This includes ensuring that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner and that you are satisfied with your purchase. In this section, we will outline our Order Confirmation, Order Shipment, Damages and Returns, and Cancellations and Refunds policies to provide you with all the necessary information.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our company then checks with our suppliers to confirm item(s) availability. If the item(s) is unavailable or on back order, your per-authorization payment is voided and you will be notified via email. If the item(s) is available, your order is processed and submitted for shipment within 5 business days.
Order Shipment
Once we process your credit card charges (other payment methods) and confirm that your order is in stock, it will be shipped within five business days from the date of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive this information within six business days, please contact us at orders@maunetchandeliers.com for assistance. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your chandelier to you as quickly as possible.
Damages and Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may arrive damaged, defective, or maybe the wrong item was shipped. In such cases, we have a process to ensure your satisfaction. Upon arrival of your item(s), please inspect the packaging for any damage. If you notice any, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please send photos to returns@maunetchandeliers.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by processing an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel your order after 48 hours, a $20 administration fee will be charged. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card (other payment methods) used when placing the order.
